 How to Contact UsOk, my email box is getting totally bogged down, so to expedite certain types of requests please use the following contact mechanisms: New Version RequestIf you missed the download window on a new release, please visit our online Order Lookup Page. This page will allow you to lookup your order and download any current version of software that you have purchased from us. Additionally, we will offer beta test releases in this area too. To speed the process please include a copy of your order confirmation if possible. If you no longer have that, then include the email address that you used when registering so that I can look you up in the user list. Email Address ChangeYou can now change your own email address directly in our system from our online Order Lookup Page. I try to keep a regular presence there, so for general questions please check the Forum to see if your question has already been answered and if not go ahead and post it in the SnoopSoft forum at PocketNow.com. Customer SupportIn order to get the quickest turnaround to your question you should place it in the SnoopSoft forum at PocketNow.com. You can also search through old questions there to see if your particular question has already been asked and answered. If you have a private registration issue or something along those lines, you can use the Private Message feature of the forum to send a message directly to me. SnoopSoft Dashboard WishlistTo submit bugs, enhancement requests or wishes for SnoopSoft Dashboard, please continue to use the Dashboard Mail email address. Not every email sent to this address will receive a reply, but they will all be read. Submit a SkinYou can now submit your own skins directly to our skin library at WinCustomize.com. If you've submitted a Skin to us in the past and it's displayed on our skins page, then we will move it over to WinCustomize for you. If you'd like to submit a new skin, please head over to WinCustomize and submit it there... Please be sure to note whether you have an integrated WISBar skin and also note what device resolutions are supported - esp. if you've got a Landscape mode version in the file. If you would prefer that SnoopSoft submit your skin and test it out then just email it to us at: Skin Submission and we will test out your skin and then post it to the site for you.
