To lookup your SnoopSoft order you will need to enter the email address that was used when placing the order.

We also need at least one of the following to verify your identity...

The Order Id that was sent in the confirmation email

The City and State used when registering

If you are unable to access the system and have tried all possible combinations that you can think of, drop a note to newrelease@snoopsoft.com.

To speed the process please include a copy of your order confirmation if possible. If you no longer have that, then include the email address that you used when registering so that I can look you up in the user list.
